First-time grants will generally be no more than $30,000 per grant. Subsequent gifts will be considered based on performance and reporting.

Gifts granted through OpenRoad Foundation are currently only limited to organizations that focus their efforts in Canada.

Charities will be expected to report at least annually. Considerations for future gifts may end as a result of non- or incomplete reporting.
