Organizations shortlisted from the submissions are not guaranteed a grant. Shortlisted organizations will be invited to submit an official Grant Applications, which will be further reviewed by the Selection Committee for a final decision.
Notification and Acceptance
Selected organizations will be contacted in early May 2026 for the Spring 2026 cycle, and October 2026 for the Fall Cycle.
Upon receiving notification of final selection, recipients must sign and return the Gifting Agreement, indicating their acceptance of the terms as a charitable partner of OpenRoad Foundation and their decision to accept the gift.
The gift amount is non-negotiable. Selected organizations are expected to provide reporting on use and impact of funds within a twelve-month period of receiving the funds.
Organizations may only receive one grant within a twelve-month period.
